Portrait Workshop at The Old Pistol Factory

This DAY LONG workshop at The Old Pistol Factory in Doune gives you the opportunity to draw or paint a portrait from life using our experienced live model. The model will hold the same pose all day (with breaks) allowing you a chance to create a detailed drawing or painting. Basic art materials are provided or please do feel free to bring your own. Fiona will be on hand to give you as much or as little tuition as you require. If you are new to portraiture, a short introduction can be given at the start of class. Easels or donkeys and drawing boards are provided as well as tea or coffee and chocolate biscuits! We will take a short break for lunch, bring a packed lunch or local cafes and shops are available.
